What should I do if water leaks from the connection part?

If you are experiencing water leakage from the connection part, we recommend installing the included O-ring. To do this, first turn off the water supply to the shower head. Then, unscrew the shower head from the connection part and locate the threaded area. Place the O-ring on the threads and screw the shower head back on, making sure it is tightened securely. This should prevent any water leakage from the connection part.

Why does the shower head drip for a while after the water stops?

Our shower head is designed with a self-cleaning feature to prevent any buildup of minerals or other debris that can clog the nozzles. When you turn off the water, any remaining water in the shower head is pushed out of the nozzles, which can result in dripping for a short period. This is normal and should stop within a few minutes. However, if you find that the dripping persists for longer than this, please contact our service team for further assistance.

The fan on the back of the shower head is loud.

Our shower head is designed to provide high pressure water flow, which requires the use of a fan to pressurize the water. While the fan can produce some noise, this is not unusual for a high-pressure shower head. If you find the noise level to be unacceptable, we suggest moving the shower head away from your ears when using it or using earplugs.
